e-VAL-uation (Free)
- The first step in the eVAL is to introduce the dogs to each other & we accomplish this with a short walk down the street in front of our house. The client/dog walk in parallel with us/VAL. This is to “fool” them into thinking they met as new friends on a walk!
- The next step is to gather together in VAL’s private dog park (aka our backyard) to observe the interaction between the dogs. The goal is not for them to become best friends but to show us that they can co-exist in the same environment for a period of time.
- PLEASE REMEMBER that no temperament test is a fool-proof predictor of future behavior. Dogs are unpredictable & the very best we can do is make the very best guess on their behalf.

The traditional 9-5 schedule no longer reflects everyone’s lifestyle (especially not our friends in the healthcare industry) & that’s why we are VERY flexible with our daycare. So whether your day begins at 5AM or at noon, we are here for you & your dog!
